A kosher hospitality experience on the sea - dairy cuisine, Mediterranean flavors.

Asimi's kitchen breathes seasons, sea and market. Led by chef Shauli Ezra, who cooks as he lives: close to the raw materials and with a lot of soul. Every morning we receive fresh fish, vegetables from the field, herbs and flavors from the Middle Eastern region. They all receive a surprising Israeli twist. It's a precise, moderately wild culinary experience, one that leaves a taste for more.
